Good question! Our founder Tendai Taruvinga is a seasoned runner, and very much includes Veafy meals as part of his nutrition plan. In April 2024 he had the Mac & More dish as a vegan pre run fuel the night before Manchester Marathon, which helped him power to a personal best time of 3hr 4mins!
